Reservation Administration Officer

PBP Bali Propert, Developer, Villas for rent, daily, monthly and yearly. Not a travel agent, we manage our properties ourselves currently looking for Reservation Administration Officer. This position will responsible to manage and update listings on various OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, and other travel platforms.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, availability, and photos.
• Monitor pricing strategies across platforms to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with revenue management teams to update pricing dynamically based on demand and market trends.
• Manage inventory levels and room allocations in real time.
• Optimize listing content for SEO to improve visibility and ranking on OTA search results.
• Ensure consistent branding, correct formatting, and engaging descriptions.
• Analyze the performance of listings across different platforms, including conversion rates, visibility, and revenue generation.
• Generate regular reports to monitor sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to maximize opportunities for promotions and marketing.
• Address and resolve any listing or customer-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Planned and executed promotional campaigns (such as flash sales, discounts, etc.) in coordination with OTAs to increase visibility and bookings.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts.

• Knowledge of OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda) for at least 1 year.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in e-commerce management and online sales platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple listings and platforms simultaneously.

• At least Diploma degree in related field
• Experience with Digital Marketing Social Media
• Have exposure in property management or any hospitality start-up agencies will be a plus point.
