Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Manage executive-level communications, both internal and external, with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
2. Organize and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other confidential documents.
4. Act as the point of contact between executives and other internal or external parties, ensuring smooth communication.
5. Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on decisions made during meetings.
6. Assist in planning and organizing corporate events and business trips.
Keahlian :
1. Good communicatio,attitude & interpersonal skill.
2. Proficient in English
3. Excellent in MS Word , especially MS Excel and MS Power Point
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum bachelor degree from Secretarial
2. Having experience as secetary in Multinational Corporation.
