Architectural Drafter

We're in search of a skilled Architectural Drafter with a deep understanding of structural principles. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and structural stability.

Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives, with particular emphasis on structural considerations.
Utilize CAD software to produce comprehensive architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints, ensuring alignment with structural principles.
Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to verify compliance with industry standards and building codes related to structural design and construction.
Integrate quantity surveying principles to optimize designs and material estimates.
Incorporate feedback and revisions into drawings throughout the design process.
Coordinate with project team members and consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant data for drawing production.
Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and building regulations.

Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Male of Female
Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
3 years minimum of proven experience as an architectural drafter or similar role.
