Creative Graphic Designer

Create and design visual content for various platforms, including stories, feeds, logos, brand identities, websites, and both print and digital advertisements.
Develop key visuals and supporting materials for marketing campaigns, including EDMs, posters, banners, and sales displays.
Oversee the design process from concept to final production, ensuring high-quality results and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to guarantee top quality and timely production.
Systematically document and organize all design files.
Prepare and execute photoshoots and videoshoots for campaign assets.
Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Ensure a thorough understanding of brand identity and maintain consistency across all materials.
Engage in creative processes, conceptualizing and executing innovative photo and video ideas.
Handle photo and video editing as needed.
Develop design content specifically for advertisements and motion pictures.

Strong understanding of core design principles.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Figma).
Familiarity with print production processes, including color codes and formats.
Excellent communication, logical thinking, precision, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to learn quickly.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Understanding of brand identity and its application across different materials.

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or Graphic Design.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the graphic design or creative industry (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply).
Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Bandung.
