Interior Designer

As a Interior Designer/Sourcing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in curating and creating the beautiful and refreshing interior spaces that define our villas. Working closely with our design team, you'll be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and furnishings while also working on the interior design process. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your design skills and immerse yourself in Bali's luxury real estate scene.

Collaborate with the management and architectural team to conceptualize and execute design concepts.
Source and select furniture, decor, and materials that align with project aesthetics and budgets.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, artisans, and craftsmen.
Prepare mood boards, material samples, and presentations for design proposals
Assist in project coordination, including site visits and client meetings.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English a must.

Male or Female
Bachelor's or associated degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in interior design for high-end Villas.
Passion for interior design and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Experience in sourcing interior design materials, negotiating and managing contracts execution.
