Senior Legal

1. Provide legal advice and solutions to support the company’s business operations.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate business contracts and other legal documents.
3. Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Manage the internal legal team, providing direction and training to team members.
5. Oversee the company’s legal projects, including litigation and legal risk management.
6. Build relationships with external parties such as legal consultants and regulators.

Active advocate license.
Experience working in multinational companies or specific industries (ex. Banking, Nickel Mining, Trading, & Shipping).
Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.), preferably with a valid advocate license.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the legal field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical skills in solving legal issues and providing appropriate solutions.
5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Experience in legal project management and working with multiple stakeholders.
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
8. High level of professional ethics and integrity.
