HRGA Specialist
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an HRGA Specialist for Contractor Oil & Gas Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing office supplies and facilities, and supporting general administrative activities.

Recruitment and development: oversee hiring and employee growth
Compensation and benefit : manage salary and benefits
general affairs: maintaining general office requirements incl. administrative works
Talent / employee management: oversees talent and employees relations
strategy planning: align with HR business Strategy
Company culture: Preserve company culture.
Employee Relations: build relationship and manage performance
employee engagement: enhance employee engagement
corporate governance and compliance : ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Keahlian :
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Kualifikasi :
Female, Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field as proven experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
