Project Manager
Costus Garden Indonesia is a company engaged in Design and Build Landscape with mainstay products in the form of Landed Landscapes, Highrise, Vertical Gardens, Roof Gardens, Natural Ponds, and Private High End Landscapes in Jabodetabek and several areas on Java Island, Sumatra Island, Kalimantan Island, Bali Island, and others. We have also been entrusted with working on large projects from several partners/clients such as gardening at the Indonesian State Palace, Bogor city office, Depok city office, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, Aston Sentul, Grand Sahid, and others. The trust of all partners is an honor for us, Costus Garden Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Breaking the projects down into do able actions and setting the time frames
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals
- Assisting in budget preparation
- Performing risk management and opportunities
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope & within budget
Keahlian :
- Strong communication skill
- Able to operate microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to speak English spoken or written
- Preparation of procedures / working methods, schedule and budget of the project in Order to run an effective and efficient process
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum 30 years old
- Diploma/Bachelor degree
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role minimum 3 years
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiar with landscape and hardscape Contructions
