Gardener

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team at Mazari Villas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the villa’s gardens and outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-kept. This role requires a strong knowledge of horticulture, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

1. Regularly inspect and maintain garden beds, lawns, and other outdoor areas.
2. Perform planting, pruning, and trimming of plants, shrubs, and trees.
3. Recommend and select plants, flowers, and other materials to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.
4. Apply appropriate treatments and preventive measures to protect garden health.
5. Report any major concerns or required repairs to management.

1. Proven experience as a gardener or similar role.
2. Knowledge of plant species, garden maintenance, and landscape design.
3. Ability to operate and maintain garden equipment and tools.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Relevant horticultural qualifications or certifications are a plus.
