We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Organizer to join our dynamic team. As an Event Organizer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to social gatherings. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be crucial in ensuring the success of each event.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, from conception to execution, ensuring all details are meticulously managed.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements.
Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best resources within budget constraints.
Develop and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and guest accommodations.
Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring a smooth execution.
Manage event promotion and communication strategies, utilizing both traditional and digital channels.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and innovation of events.

Proficiency in event management software and tools for seamless planning and coordination.
Budgeting and financial management skills to ensure events are executed within specified financial parameters.
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with vendors and suppliers.

Kualifikasi :

Certification in Event Planning or Project Management is a plus.
