Manager Marketing Sales
Responsible for leading and strategizing premium marketing and sales initiatives for our organization's commercial products and services to achieve or exceed sales targets
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Achieve or exceed sales targets and identify growth or retention opportunities.
2. Analyze customer data to create effective sales strategies.
3. Negotiate contracts and prepare regular management reports.
4. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals, and build long-term relationships
5. Identify and close sales opportunities, including renewals, up-sells, and cross-sells.
6. Ensure client satisfaction and follow up on provided services.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive premium marketing strategies to promote commercial products and services.
8. Lead and manage a team of marketing and sales professionals, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.
9. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align premium marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
10. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing premium commercial products.
11. Develop and manage the premium marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing standards in all premium marketing activities.
13. Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
14. Set individual and team sales targets
15. Directing and coordinating all sales activities
16. Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
17. Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
18. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
19. Setting sales quotas and goals

Kualifikasi :
1. Max. 35 years old
2. Min. D3 preferred IT/Marketing/computer science
3. Have an experience min. 2 years as sales in it industry
4. Experience as a Account Manager IT min. 2 years. Experience ISP (Internet Service Provider) / SI (System Integrator) / MSP (Managed Service Provider)
5. Able to work on-site (Jakarta, Bekasi, Purwakarta, Subang, Bandung, etc)
