Job Summary
The Jewelry Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients in selecting and purchasing jewelry. The role involves building strong customer relationships, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience that aligns with the store's brand values and sales goals.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Provide a friendly and professional customer experience by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Sales and Product Knowledge:
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products, including new arrivals and promotions.

Merchandising and Inventory Management:
Assist in the display and organization of jewelry showcases to attract customers.

Training and Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, jewelry fashion, and product knowledge.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Keahlian :

Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Comprehensive understanding of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and industry trends.
Proficiency in using retail software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Kualifikasi :

Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is preferred.
