Sales Executive
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales located in Tangerang. You are responsible for identify potential customers by regular visit to introduce the company's portfolio, canvasing and develop opportunity, conduct selling process, and negotiation to close the order. You will be targeted around 12 billion rupiah as order intake per annum from our portfolio (electrification, automation & process control, and drive technology).
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Meet directly with customers in the field to offer company products or services.
Maintain relationships with these clients by holding regular meetings.
Educate potential and existing customers about the product by providing demos or tutorials.
Updating contract terms with current or former clients.
Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
Arrange and conduct return calls to customers as necessary
Follow specified sales targets.
Attend conferences or exhibitions as an opportunity to build connections and present products or services to potential clients.
Monitor company competitors, new products, product prices on the market, and follow trends to understand specific customer needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team or division to assist in brand development.
Keahlian :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office application.
- Having basic knowledge of value proposition in sales.
- Have a good communication and negotiation skill.
- Strong written and good spoken English would be advantage.
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum bachelor's degree (Electrical/Electronic/Physic Engineering is preferred)
- Having experience as sales engineer with minimum 2 (two) years.
- Having driving license is a must.
