1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Manage the sales team to enhance their sales skills and performance.
3. Analyze market dynamics and adjust sales strategies to adapt to e-Cigeratte market changes.
4. Maintain customer relationships and expand new sales channels and resources.

1. Proficient in planning, organizing, coordinating, and problem-solving, with strong leadership abilities.
2. Ideally fluent in English and Indonesian.
3. Please attach your resume including past sales achievements and successful case studies.
4. Strong team leadership skills to inspire team members to achieve sales targets.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Over three years of sales management experience with strong market analysis and judgment skills.
3. Familiar with sales processes and sales management, possessing excellent negotiation skills and customer communication abilities.
