Business Development Officer

- Respond to incoming leads and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Engage with potential customers through chat platforms to understand their needs and provide product information.
- Recommend new products, services, or special offers to existing clients to increase business opportunities
- Manage existing & new customer accounts, build positive relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency

- Familiarity with chat platforms and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience 3 year in Account Manager, Business Development
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Passion for social impact and commitment to service excellence
