This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist at Suryamas Elsindo in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing strategies, client communication, market research, and campaign management.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies
Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.

Keahlian :

Proficiency in market research and analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools

Kualifikasi :

2-3 years experience in sales and marketing especially in electrical
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

Waktu Bekerja :

jam 8.30-17.00 , senin - jumat

Tunjangan :

bonus, uang makan, akomodasi, bpjs

Insentif :

bonus per project dan achievement
