- Arranging required licenses for mining activities
- Checking comprehensive and make documentation for licenses and proprietary papers
- Arranging certifications at related government departments
- Review all contracts for purchasing and selling or any other documentation and assess legal implications
- Examine the documents completeness of mining activities
- Defend the company’s interest in face of any claims or vice versa, prosecute other party if necessary
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.
- Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
- Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.

- Experienced to work with Notary / Government (KESDM) / Mining Industry / Law Firm will be highly desirable
- Hard working, Good administrative, high skill for negotiation
- Fluently in English verbal and non-verbal (preferable)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the updated mining law, corporate law, tax law, environmental law, land regulations, employment law, and any regulations related to the construction of mining practices

- Age maximum 35 years old
- At least Bachelor Degree in Law Science/ Geologist
- 3 years working experience in Legal role function in the Mining industry
- Experienced to work with Notary / Government (KESDM) / Mining Industry / Law Firm will be highly desirable
