As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office or team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance, coordinating real estate transactions, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.

Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications. Organize and maintain files, documents, and databases.
Transaction Coordination: Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including preparing contracts, managing timelines, and liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients to provide information, schedule appointments, and address inquiries.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials, updating property listings, and managing social media accounts.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the client database and other relevant systems.
Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings, ensuring efficient use of time for the real estate team.
Research: Conduct research on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Documentation: Prepare and process documents, such as lease agreements, purchase agreements, and other legal paperwork.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in real estate software, CRM systems, and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
Kualifikasi :
High school, diploma or equivalent (additional education in business administration or real estate is a plus).
Real Estate Assistant experience is advantageous.
Previous experience in a real estate office or related administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with real estate transactions and documentation is a plus.
