Senior Engineer Civil Earthwork

GJE Engineering Recruitment perusahaan yang bergerak di industri Oil & Gas sedang membutuhkan beberapa karyawan kontrak untuk ditempatkan di Jakarta dan Papua. Diutamakan yang mempunyai pengalaman lebih dari 5 tahun di bidang teknik sipil.

The Earth Work (Civil) Construction Supervisor will be managing and supervising the field earthwork activities associated with civil and infrastructure work scopes.

• Manages project areas within approved budgets against agreed schedules and delivers in accordance with technical specifications.
• Control and monitor work instruction progress in consultation with civil superintendent, Supervisors and Project Engineers.
• Supervise the survey team for approval of final well coordinates prior to start of site activities.
• Plan & allocate site earthwork crews as per drilling priorities for well pad location & construction. Liaise with QA/QC and other required Departments on a day to day basis.
• Perform detailed supervision, to ensure a quality installed scope of work which meets project specifications and procedures for all earth works including interface coordination with Electrical, Instrument, Mechanical and Drilling Groups as applicable.
• Liaise with the surveying contractor(s) to ensure correct set outs for all works.
• Cross check with mechanical / piping and rotating equipment supervisors to ensure correct location of all foundations and ensure joint check sheets are completed correctly as applicable.
• Provides timely information to the project team to enable adequate resources to be allocated to areas under their responsibility.
• Facilitates timely and smooth workflow across project interfaces.
• Review of work packs for required details and constructability.
• Assisting in raising any necessary Technical Queries (TQ’s).
• Initiate the relevant Permit to Work documentation and signatures
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), constructability studies and other field construction related studies.
• Ensure red line mark up’s are performed and checked.
• Monitor and record details of extra works and reimbursable items such as excavation extents & scaffolding.
• Check claimed quantities submitted by Contractors
• Check Material take off (MTO) availability on site and identify short falls.
• Monitor daily consumable material deliveries and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Responsible for monitoring of contractors and site teams for competence on all aspects of installation and testing to meet the project specifications.

• Good communication skills.
• Good PC skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil, earthworks and road construction and maintenance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
