Internship Telemarketing

Revenu Digital Agency (Revenu.id) is a company that provides digital marketing services, including FB/IG ads, SEO content marketing, content creation, social media management, and website development.

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telemarketing Intern to join our digital agency. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while working closely with our experienced team. The ideal candidate will assist in outreach efforts, engage potential clients, and contribute to our agency's growth.

- Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads for the agency’s services.
- Client Outreach: Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to introduce services, explain offerings, and assess client needs.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and sales or account executives to discuss services in detail.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client information in the agency's database, ensuring accurate records of interactions.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on call activity, lead status, and conversion rates to help improve sales strategies.

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone.
- Demonstrated interest in providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suites.
- A genuine interest in sales and marketing, with a willingness to learn and develop skills in telemarketing.

- Minimum of a final-year student (Minimum 7th semester) or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management or a related field.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship program.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Basic problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and objections.
