Customer Service Representative
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
- Maintain and update order status in reports for transparency and effective communication across the team.
- Issue purchase orders to vendors and oversee the process of receiving goods in SAP, manage billing and complete vendor/forwarder invoice payment requests.
- Verify customer purchase orders, ensure accuracy in pricing and requirements, and monitor the entire order management process from entry in SAP systems to billing.
- Review and ensure letter of credit (L/C) compliance with purchase orders and company standards; prepare banking documents according to the Billing requirements
- Collaborate closely with managers to align orders with demand forecasts, communicate changes to the company, to achieve high order fulfillment rates.

Keahlian :
Strong understanding of import-export regulations and shipping documentation requirements.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Kualifikasi :
- Usia min 26 tahun - max 35 tahun
- Hands-on experience in SAP and Letter of Credit is a must.
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in logistics & customer service in multinational company
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Or Bachelors Mechanical Engineering
