Not a travel agent, we manage our properties ourselves currently looking for purchasing position. purchasing staff will responsible to Design, develop, and manage regular and ad-hoc procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, cost savings, and compliance reports.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Design, develop, and manage regular and ad-hoc procurement reports, including spend analysis, supplier performance, cost savings, and compliance reports.
• Conduct regular audits and data validation processes to maintain high data quality standards.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and budgeting processes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues related to procurement reporting.

Keahlian :

Having knowledge of purchasing function
Understand the basic knowledge of business and partnership
Able to manage supply management systems
Communication and negotiation skills
Good in English
Excellent negotation skill
Excellent verbal & communication skills
Have experience in using MYOB is a plus

Kualifikasi :

At least Diploma Degree
Min 1 yr experience in kind of field
Able to join immediately
