Head of Room

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for hospitality, Head of Rooms & Maintenance to oversee villa operations and uphold the quality standards of our rental business. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating all aspects of villa operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Supervise and lead the rooms division including housekeeping, front office, and guest services to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and preventative maintenance to uphold property standards.
Implement and enforce operating procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Manage villa inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and quality control.
Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to company standards.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaborate with other departments such as reservations, sales, and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the General Manager.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and maintenance management software.
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Male of Female
Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in villa management or rooms division.
