As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the following:
Sales event (Corporate & Banquet)
Every person that is working in Queens head is a brand ambassador of Queens Head and therefore you are expected to know our vision and mission and Queens Head to achieve our Brand awareness that needs to reach a wider market.

You are expected to be creative, approachable, initiative, flexible and achieving our target.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

- Cooperate and communicate with every department in Queens Head.
- Interpersonal Skills. You must be able to communicate properly with the guests/ clients and in-house departments and be able to cater to their needs and requests.

Keahlian :

- Find and develop new client for corporate event or personal function
- Provide strategies and execute the sales plan (sales call visitation, etc) of products and service to potential client
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports to the management
- Lead promoyional activities for the events
- Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requrements from clients or target audience and objectivies
- Social Skills. You are expected to converse with the customers effectively and make small talk to make your customers feel comfortable.

Kualifikasi :

- Male or Female maksimal 38 years
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree/S1 Hospitality, etc
- At least minimum 3 Years of working experience as a sales manager, banquet coordinator, business development in restaurant or hospitality industry (Bunquet/Event, Restaurant, BAR, Lounge, etc).

Waktu Bekerja :

Senin-Jumat, 09.00 s/d 17.30
