Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Prepare PIB / PEB
2. Check Document BL , Invoice, Packing list, etc
3. Monitoring with coordination custom clearance from port to warehosue
4. Filing document before and after finish clerance
5. Prepare import reporting
6. Coordination & meeting with internal dept for incoming process
7. Communicate with bea cukai, surveyor indonesia, PPJk, etc.
8. Audit internal & eksternal as auditee / auditor
Keahlian :
1. Understand and able to handle custom clearance proccess.
2. Presentation skill (for reporting and transfer knowledge).
3. Negotiation skill (for custom clearance problem solution).
4. Understand IJEPA, AEO and Lartas specially for product steel and Japan country.
5. Expert & knowing Ms. Office (is a must)
6. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), can speak Japanese will be a plus (not a must)
Kualifikasi :
1. Minimum Bachelor degree / equivalent (Transportation / Logistic)
2. Minimum 1 years experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Minimum 20 years old, maximum 26 years old
4. Understand Export Import activities, especially PIB (is a must)
