The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales and profitability.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and safe environment.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Keahlian :

Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.

Kualifikasi :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• At least Diploma Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
